We offer free shipping on your first order! Simply sign up for an account on our site and you'll receive an email with your one-time free shipping code. We like to give our members special perks, so make sure to keep up with our updates via email so you don't miss them.

We also offer free shipping on all orders $50 and over.

Otherwise, we offer a flat shipping rate of $6.95 for USPS 1-3 day Priority Mail and ship orders within 2-6 days from the order date.

At the moment, we ship anywhere in the United States, but are working on offering international shipping on our site in the future. If you place an international order, it will be cancelled and refunded.

Our products ship in either our white B+A mailer box or in a USPS Priority Mail box, depending on the size of your order. We use kraft filler paper to protect products while in transit. To reduce packaging waste, we also use recycled packing materials we've saved from our supplier shipments and do not include packing slips with orders.

Orders usually ship within 2-6 days from the order date via USPS 1-3 day Priority Mail. If you've placed a last minute order (we get it!) and want to ensure delivery before you jet off, email hello@birdandanchor.com and let us know your "deliver by" date. We're here to help you have a bon voyage!

Great choice! Give your loved ones something they can really use by entering a gift message (which we'll handwrite on one of our signature postcards) when you get to Step 3 of the shopping cart. Include their name and address in the shipping information at check-out and enter your name and address in the billing section.

With the exception of a select few gender-neutral products, our selection is mostly female-focused. We do, however, plan to carry a few male-oriented and more gender-neutral wellness travel essentials in the near future.

We accept unused and unopened returns within 15 days of your purchase date and will refund you in the form of store credit for the purchase amount minus shipping cost.

1) Send us the items you wish to return via your courier of choice.

2) Email hello@birdandanchor.com to let us know it's on the way and include the tracking number. (We'd also love to know why you are returning the item so that we can better serve you in the future!)

3) After we receive your return, we will send you a BIRD+ANCHOR gift card with a refund.

NOTE: Cost of shipping is not included. Products must be unused, unopened, in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. All refunds are granted at the sole discretion of BIRD+ANCHOR.

We reserve the right to cancel any order where special circumstances require us to do so.
